Shipping Policy

Order Currency
All orders will be processed in USD.

Delivery

We currently ship to Australia, United States, and Canada. Orders are expected to arrive within 3 weeks of order confirmation. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as our couriers require a signature upon delivery.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to retrieve your order after a delivery attempt, you are responsible for the original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For any import duties or taxes incurred on delivery, these costs will also be deducted from your merchandise refund if the package is returned to us.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via our preferred couriers: Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with your tracking number will follow once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 30 days of dispatch if you have not received your order. Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed a refund.
