Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at OlumeHardware@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.

Returns Policy

Please carefully review style, size, finish, and type before ordering. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or unsuitability.

Our returns window is 15 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all included accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect.
